Oh man, the show on April 13th is going to rock the house! There will be live demos at noon, 1pm and 2pm, and every customer who makes a purchase from a vendor will be entered into a raffle for a spring planter. Want more? How about free coffee and cookies all day? When you add that all up together with the fantastic vendors who will be selling their work, you have one heck of a show!
Demos include:
12pm – making a planter from a recycled container
1pm – making a mason jar terrarium
2pm – creating seed bombs

I’ve got bad news – the March market is cancelled. Part of it is due to the reality of being a one woman organizing show who is also running two businesses and can’t give the March show the time it needs. The other part is due to the reality of running shows in the Old North End in winter and early spring, which I learned last month is not as easy as I’d thought. The same show that packed people in during December is not going to bring in many people in during the “off” months. So, instead of giving up on spring shows, I’ve decided to put a ton of energy into making April’s show seriously awesome with live demos from vendors, food, and hopefully entertainment! I care a great deal about giving vendors the best possible experience, and that includes making sure I can get enough shoppers to the event!
Also, I welcome feedback on what you as shoppers and vendors enjoy in a show. I love collective brainstorming!
